We look forward to welcoming you to our studio and practicing yoga with you.

Please read this Booking & Cancellation Policy from time to time as it contains important information about booking and paying for yoga classes as well as our cancellation policy.

BOOKING group yoga CLASSES

We encourage you to use our secure online booking system to book and pay for group yoga classes at Treehouse Studio and The Wimbledon club, click here to get started. Classes can be booked up to one hour before they begin. Please call or message by phone if less than an hour. However, if you prefer, you can contact us directly to book a class or purchase a class pack. We offer two ways to pay for your group yoga classes(s);

Paying online:

You can purchase class packs of 1, 10 and 15 classes here.
Whilst purchasing your class pack you are advised and invited to register as a member of our website so that you can easily login, manage your class bookings, top-ups and account.
You can redeem your class pack(s) against any of our yoga classes at Treehouse Yoga or The Wimbledon Club.
Once you have purchased your class pack, please redeem by booking onto yoga classes here.
Please note that the 1 class pack expires after one month and the 10 and 15 class packs will expire after 6 months and no refund will be given for unused classes, so be sure to book before the expiration date.
Treehouse Yoga is not responsible for any bank charges, foreign transaction or exchange fees resulting from any transaction.

Paying in person:

You can choose to pay in person instead of online.
If this is your preference, please contact Linda in order to arrange booking onto yoga classes.
Please note, you will not be able to book classes online if you choose to pay in person, therefore the surest way to ensure reservation of your space in class is to use our online payment and booking system. If you need help, please contact us, we'll be happy to assist.

BOOKING private yoga CLASSES

Each week, Linda d'Antal has availability to welcome students for 60, 75 or 90 minute private yoga sessions, designed to specifically meet your individual needs, and what you require at that particular moment in time, covering all aspects of yoga like: Asanas, placement, hands on adjustments, pranayama & energy work, pre and post-natal practice, philosophy and meditation.

CANCELLING yoga classes

If you booked your class online, you must cancel online by logging into your account from the bookings page here.
If you booked in person, over email, text or on the phone please contact Linda directly.

Early cancellations: Group class bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. Private class bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance. You can do this online once you login in to your account. Get in touch if you need assistance. If you paid by class pack, your class will be credited back to your account.

Late cancellations: Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the group class start time will not be credited back to your class pack or refunded. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of a private class start time will not be eligible for a refund.

Doors close at the time the class starts, there is no receptionist so please arrive in time or you will not be admitted and

will still be charged.

Treehouse Yoga is not responsible for any bank charges, foreign transaction or exchange fees resulting from any refund.
If a class is cancelled you will be offered either a cash refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative class.
We are unable to give refunds in the case of cancelled transport (trains, buses etc), acts of God or any other incident which may be out of our control.
Refunds are not possible to be made retrospectively. If we have not heard from you by 24 hours following the end of a class we will not be able to process any refunds.
We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reason. Whilst we would only do this in exceptional circumstances, should this happen, we will notify you as soon as we have knowledge of the cancellation and will refund you the full £ (sterling) amount you have paid us in respect of the class. We will not be responsible for any additional expenses which you may have incurred in respect of the class, including travel, accommodation, bank fees or exchange rate losses.

BOOKING YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Registration is now open to join the 2025 Yoga Teacher Training course, there are 14 spaces available.
A non-refundable deposit of £500 is payable as confirmation of your place on the course. Click here to register now.
Once you have paid your deposit, a welcome email will be sent from Linda with further details about the course as well as when and how to make payment of the remaining balance.
Payment in full before 31/10/24 confirms eligibility for the £300 Early bird discount.
Treehouse Yoga is not responsible for any bank charges, foreign transaction or exchange fees.
Cancellations are accepted up to 31/10/24.
Payments received after 31/10/24 are non refundable but if there is someone on the waiting list we will make a transfer.
Please make sure you can attend all the dates before booking.
If for any reason you are unable to make one of the weekends, let us know as soon as possible.
We will endeavour to help all students receive all tuition hours.
