In the 80's I left London and lived on some magical unspoilt islands for 12 years..the kind of secret places that are hard to find nowadays. But this is one such place, a secluded monastery with its own beach, family run taverna, healing hot springs, and crystal clear aegean water. It only has eight rooms and you could jump out of your window into the sea!
The yoga space is the perfect sanctuary to slow down, rest and reset.. People have been making a pilgrimage here for 100s of years to receive healing in the monastery, and bathe in the high energy waters. This
whole coastline is carpeted in thousands of native wildflowers and the scent of herbs.. May is paradise here!
